  Hi everyone, I’ve been dealing with a pretty annoying situation in my apartment lately. The walls seem to carry a lot of noise from the neighbors next door, especially voices and TV sounds. It’s not constant, but when it happens it’s hard to ignore, especially in the evenings. I started wondering if there’s actually a way to reduce this without doing a full renovation. I’ve seen different suggestions online, but it’s hard to tell what really works in practice. Some people mention panels, others talk about adding layers to the wall, and it all sounds a bit confusing. I’m just trying to understand what options are realistic for a regular living space.
