Still hitting 3 woods (driver not in). But struggling to hit cut like I want right now and cost me on 9 and 18 today. Hit the ball great though and hit putts on lines I wanted, just didn't make anything today. Just part of it, hopefully I'll start making some more birdies to help me get under par! Hit the ball pretty well and was bogey free through 16. Thinned a ball out of the fairway from 61 yards over the green. Did that on a couple pitch shots around that length. Trying to shallow out plane a little. But anyway hit it well and worked the ball pretty well for the most part. Looking forward to getting my G400 and improve my play even more! Trying out the new PING G400 from Brian at Horsepasture and hit it pretty well and hit everything decent. Hit 3 balls OB and that cost me pretty good. Lipped out about 3 or 4 birdie putts as well which didn't help. Definitely should have been better than a 73. The swing and especially chipping is getting better!Aug 6, 2017 Details
